  • BOOT CAMP

    Bootcamp sessions are a great workout with a balance of old school and modern day training methods. Bootcamp is an effective training experience and you will be motivated to train harder, and more efficiently, than you would do in a gym environment. If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness, look & feel better than ever before then get in touch. We currently run Sunday morning sessions, but will be introducing weekday sessions shortly. Our sessions are at the Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living, so if you live in Letchworth, Hitchin, Stevenage, or the surrounding North Hertfordshire area then get in touch.
